Our office staff are requesting your help - Ministry Updates

Parish Volunteers – The office staff will soon begin to prepare many, many tasks in readiness for the New Year.

One of these tasks is to prepare in advance as many annual rosters as possible and this will be an easier and less time-consuming task with your assistance. All volunteers are therefore asked to review the ministries in which you are currently active and advise the office ...

• If you wish to step back from any of your volunteer ministries in 2026, OR

• If you have very specific dates you would like to serve on (e.g. The Coffee Corner rosters at St Patrick’s).

Your response via email would be appreciated so there can be no miscommunication of your requirements.

Please email the Parish Office on parishkccp@bbcatholic.org.au by Thursday 18 December 2025 so we can update our records accordingly.

If we do not hear from you, you will rostered in the manner you were in 2025 and/or allocated dates as close as possible to the dates you were rostered for in 2025.
